Hyggestarmodel

Description : « New approach to boosting motivation in the workplace »

Motivating Generation Z in the workplace is a pressing challenge for organisations striving to enhance productivity and engagement. With the support of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme, the HYGGESTARMODEL project presents an interdisciplinary approach to understanding self-management motivation within organisational contexts. The model introduces an innovative measurement instrument – a universal hygge star questionnaire to capture the diverse dimensions of organisational motivation. Strong empirical validation will be conducted using the Bayesian averaging of classical estimates framework, combining prior knowledge on model distribution and data. The project also involves a cross-sectoral research team in charge of devising test protocols and rigorously validating the outcomes.
