Disability Support
Paris School of Business supports students with visible or invisible disabilities in the smooth progress of their studies and the adaptation of their academic journey.
The teams at Paris School of Business are trained in inclusive pedagogy and undergo specific training to support students with disabilities.
P.A.S. - Academic Support Project
Paris School of Business has implemented a procedure to ensure effective support: the Academic Support Project (Projet d’Accompagnement à la Scolarité - P.A.S.).
A designated staff member at Paris School of Business serves as the disability advisor: handicap@psbedu.paris. Students declare their situation at the beginning of the academic year and receive an assessment grid to evaluate their needs. An individual meeting is then arranged between the student and the advisor to determine necessary accommodations. A liaison document is prepared for both the student and their professors, summarizing the required support to ensure the proper implementation of the academic support plan.
During the individual meeting, students receive information about the Recognition of the Status of Disabled Worker (RQTH) and the partner network supporting inclusion.
To facilitate successful inclusion in the workplace, Paris School of Business encourages students to take an active role in their own inclusion journey. Learning to express their needs is essential for professional success.
