The Careers & Corporate Relations service supports students throughout their studies at Paris School of Business by creating firm bridges between the academic and professional worlds, thereby offering them unique opportunities to develop their career and network.
This encapsulates our commitment to helping each student along their path towards professional excellence, be it via the search for internships, work-study placements, promising initial experiences of the working world, and advisory and support services.
Our missions
1.
Administrative management and supervision of work experience
Our team assists students with administrative tasks relating to their professional placements (internships, work-study, fixed term contracts, temporary work, etc.), from the initial search for openings right up to the management of contracts and required documents.
2.
Organization of events
The Careers service provides students with help that is adapted to their needs and professional aspirations via:
- Individual or group coaching sessions designed to give students tailor-made advice, thereby supporting them in developing their skills in looking for employment, writing CVs and covering letters, and preparing for interviews.
- Workshops, job dating, conferences, and meetings with professionals.
3.
Approval of professional placement reports
At the end of a work placement, students must write a professional placement report, which will reflect all their achievements and learnings, the skills acquired, and the challenges encountered.
The Careers & Corporate Relations team then validates the associated credits.
4.
Internship, work-study and employment offers
Thanks to the various tools and platforms made available, students can apply for a wide range of fixed term and unlimited term contract offers, thereby facilitating their search for employment. This service is also offered to graduates of the School.
5.
Corporate partners
Over 3000 companies from all business lines and of all sizes work on a daily basis with the School, a network which continues to grow from one year to the next.
6.
Electronic apprenticeship booklet
Each student meets with their training contact on a regular basis during their work-study at Paris School of Business, thereby completing their electronic apprenticeship booklet.
Over 2150 students on work-study contracts are supported every year.
