Paris School of Business in Greater London, UK at Sackville School

On October 5th, Professor McGetrick from Paris School of Business took the short train journey of just over two hours to Greater London, where he was kindly welcomed by Headmaster Peter Lane and the Year 12 and 13 students at Sackville School in Kent.

Sackville School carefully guides its pupils to find the best study options in the UK and internationally beyond success at A-levels. Thanks to small class sizes, students benefit from tailored advice which is something Sackville school has in common with Paris School of Business. Headmaster Peter Lane encouraged students to consider Paris School of Business as a study option especially as Paris School of Business ranked amongst the leading business schools in the world (CEO Magazine).
During the question-answer session, Mr. McGetrick highlighted the city centre location of Paris School of Business; a particularly exciting prospect for students to have the delights of Paris at their fingertips. A student interested in management was encouraged to test out his leadership skills in a low risk international environment, while learning the hard skills that all managers need. Some Sackville School students had already travelled to Paris and many were interested in pursuing business studies (Bachelor of Business Administration).
At Paris School of Business all of our programs are taught entirely in English and we welcome students from around the world. UK students benefit from the self-development opportunity of studying abroad, while parents and family are just a short and convenient Eurostar or flight away.
At this special event at Sackville School, Professor McGetrick presented the benefits of studying abroad, as well as the challenges facing bright young people to differentiate themselves in the global marketplace. Particular attention was paid to the notion of taking advantage of English as the international language of business to participate in a community of like-minded learners and future leaders at the Paris School of Business.
Many members of the leadership team and academic staff at Sackville School actively participated in the preparation of this event. Special thanks are formulated to:
Mr Peter Lane (Headteacher), and his personal assistant, Ms Lisa Peacock
Mrs Leoni Ellis (Head of sixth form), and
Mrs Cathy Morrisson (Careers Director).
It was Mr Peter Lane himself who represented Sackville School on a fact-finding visit to Paris School of Business earlier this year, where he met with Dean Nurdin, leading faculty members, administrative staff and of course students from the UK and around the world. It's a world-class institution, says Peter Lane. The students at Paris School of Business were really excited about what they were learning, and proud of their school.
