The Master of Science in International Management & Global Leadership is a diploma designed for young graduates seeking a specialization or professionals wanting to increase their skills in a specific field

This MSc is a mix between international business management networks and real exposure to the corporate world.

The specialization allows students to gain hands-on experience by participating in entrepreneurial projects and real case studies.

Students are offered various courses enabling them to focus on a subset of the field, such as marketing, finance, accounting, and market trends.

Program description

With this program, students acquire the knowledge needed to effectively manage a business in an international market, with consideration for local cultures, trends, politics, and societal standards.

Throughout the year, several extracurricular activities offer students the chance to gain insight and experience connected with business and management practices.

The MSc in International Management is particularly relevant for young professionals in the Engineering and Science disciplines to acquire the necessary business and leadership skills.

Students start with core courses to develop a global business mindset, look at business challenges across disciplines and learn skill sets to recognize and seize opportunities.

As students continue to add their business know-how, they also explore specific business areas in closer detail through electives such as financial markets, international trade, and supply chains.

Students also learn to manage ethical challenges and demonstrate the practical use of communication and presentation skills.

The hourly course volume for this year is 525 hours for applicants with a 4-year Bachelor and 705 hours for applicants with a 3-year bachelor.

Admission to the MSc International Management program

To be admitted onto the MSc International Management program, candidates have to go through an examination procedure.

  • ID photography
  •  Copy of passport or identity card
  •  A copy of high school diploma and any other diploma obtained since high school, with a translation in French if the original is not in English or French
  •  A school certificate for the current academic year (2023/2024) if applicable
  •  Resume and a cover letter
  •  Reference letter from a professor or a former employer, or any relevant person including contact details of the referral
  •  €100 for the application fees (€50 for state scholarship students upon presentation of the notified final decision)

The purpose of this interview is to assess the candidate's motivation and open-mindedness. It also enables us to assess the fit between the candidate's personality, knowledge and the teaching provided at Paris School of Business.

  • Applicants must hold a 4-year Bachelor degree.
  • An option for holders of a 3-year degree requires the acquisition of extra credits via a 4-month fast-track program.

How to finance your training?

Tuition fees

The standard duration of the program is one year requiring the candidate to obtain 90 ECTS.

However, if the candidate is admitted with a 3-years Bachelor degree, he or she needs to attend the 4-month fast track program in addition to the 1-year program (90 + 30 = 120 ECTS).


The tuition fees of the MSc program depend on the entry level. ECTS: 90 (4-year Bachelor applicants), 120 (3-year + fast track applicants)

  • Applicants with a 4-year bachelor: €14 500 (90 ECTS)
  • Applicants with a 3-year bachelor: €18 000 (120 ECTS)

The MSc International Management's pedagogy

 

Assessment methodology

Tests are organized to validate the knowledge and skills required to obtain the Paris School of Business MSc International Management & Global Leadership.

The organization of the validation of the competences of the referential is articulated around the following modalities:

  • Case studies: mini-projects assessed by specialized professionals
  • Professional project
  • Professional simulation exercises in the form of roleplay
  • Written and oral assessments
  • Business Game: re-enacting a company's management, enabling the simulation of a series of functional scenarios

Competency targets

The professional certification (or RNCP title) prepared by the Paris School of Business Master of Science in International Management & Global Leadership  is made up of skill blocks. To validate their diploma and obtain the associated RNCP title, students must validate each of the skill blocks in the required qualification framework.

If the student does not validate all the blocks required to obtain the professional certification, but does validate all the skills relating to a block, each of these skill blocks will be acquired definitively.

This program does not offer bridges or equivalence with other training. 

However, full or partial certification is possible (see the RNCP title sheet).
