Choosing transdisciplinarity with the Grande École Program

Because shaping tomorrow’s leaders goes far beyond mastering management fundamentals, the Grande École Program (PGE) at Paris School of Business embraces transdisciplinarity to develop agile, creative profiles equipped to tackle future challenges.

A fully customizable path from the very first year

By joining the Grande École Program at Paris School of Business, students have the opportunity, from their first year, to select courses - or “skills” - à la carte and fully personalize their academic journey. This innovative and flexible curriculum allows them to build a path aligned with their ambitions and interests. In parallel, students can engage in hands-on projects that promote responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to lead and manage teams.

Exploring cross-disciplinary fields during the first three years of the PGE

Throughout the first three years of the PGE, students dive into disciplines that complement traditional management, enriching their technical expertise while strengthening their soft skills. This transdisciplinary approach is built around two immersive learning experiences: Tech for Business and Creative Tracks.

Tech for Business: navigating key technologies

Each semester, students participate in a dedicated Tech for Business week, focusing on major technological trends such as Data, Artificial Intelligence, or Virtual/Augmented Reality.

Supervised by both Paris School of Business Faculty and industry experts, students take on real-world challenges and develop innovative projects—such as designing a mobile application from scratch. These hands-on experiences equip them with the ability to understand tech-driven challenges and integrate these insights into effective business strategies.

Creative Tracks: exploring the Intersection of disciplines

In parallel, one week per semester is dedicated to the Creative Tracks, organized in collaboration with five prestigious schools within the Galileo Global Education network. These modules invite students to step outside the traditional management framework and dive into creative and technical fields:

  • Cours FlorentTheater & Stage performance: improvisation workshops that strengthen public speaking, emotional intelligence, and confidence.
  • StrateDesign & Innovation: hands-on product design, from sketching to presenting their concepts before a jury of experts.
  • HETICDigital & Web: introduction to emerging technologies such as blockchain and their impact on business models.
  • IESAMultimedia & Digital Arts: podcast creation workshops to develop storytelling, creativity, and audio production skills.
  • Penninghen – Arts.

Agile, creative, and globally-minded leaders : turning complexity into opportunity

Through these immersive experiences, students cultivate highly sought-after cross-disciplinary skills: curiosity, creativity, project management, leadership, and a deep understanding of technological trends.

The PGE equips future leaders to navigate complex environments and manage multidisciplinary teams with ease. This transformative learning experience is further enhanced by the program’s international dimension, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and global perspectives.
