Since 2006, Paris School of Business has been listed in the framework of the European Erasmus+ education and training program. Through this program, our students can go abroad to study and/or receive professional training while benefiting from the Erasmus+ grant.
What is Erasmus+?
Erasmus+ is a program that provides funding for various actions and projects across several fields, including higher education. Each year, a budget is allocated to Paris School of Business to support mobility opportunities.
How long can I go abroad?
Erasmus+ exchanges typically last one semester. The duration can range from 3 to 6 months depending on the host country and institution, with an average length of 4.5 months.
Will I earn a degree from the host university?
Students do not earn a degree from the host university (abroad). You will receive your degree from Paris School of Business upon your return, after having your results from abroad validated and successfully completing all the credits required by your program.
What is the ECTS credit system?
The ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) allows Paris School of Business to fully recognize and validate studies completed abroad. An ECTS credit represents a workload rather than a grade. Each semester corresponds to 30 ECTS, and a full academic year at a European university corresponds to 60 ECTS.
Do I need to pay the tuition fees at my host university?
No. During your mobility, you remain enrolled at Paris School of Business and continue to pay your tuition fees there. However, some host universities may charge additional fees (e.g., health insurance, student associations, materials, etc.). Please check with your host university for specific details.
