Launch of the Bachelor Tech for Management in partnership with ESIEA

.

Paris School of Business, in partnership with the engineering school ESIEA, announces the launch of the Bachelor Tech for Management, a new post-secondary program starting in 2025.

This three-year program, recently accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education for a four-year term, aims to meet the growing demand from companies seeking professionals who combine technological and managerial skills in a globalized, digitally transforming world.

Training leaders at the intersection of management and technology

In a context where companies evolve at the fast pace of technological innovation, the new Bachelor Tech for Management at Paris School of Business offers a unique interdisciplinary approach. The objective: to prepare students to address the challenges of digital transformation while developing management skills, all within an international environment.

Students will benefit from the combined expertise of two renowned institutions:

  • Paris School of Business, the first French business school to achieve triple accreditation (EFMD, AACSB, AMBA) and recognized for degree programs combining interdisciplinary skills and multicultural experiences
  • ESIEA, an engineering school founded in 1958, accredited by the CTI, and specialized in digital and computer sciences.

Starting in 2025, the program will welcome 30 students and feature a faculty of professors and researchers from both schools.

A program structured around three specializations

The Bachelor Tech for Management combines technical expertise (programming, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data science, digital marketing), managerial skills, and an international perspective. Students can complete the program in French or English, enhancing their ability to thrive in multicultural environments.

In the third year, students can choose one of three specializations:

  • Digital Product Manager: design and management of digital products;
  • Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence: data analysis and artificial intelligence applications;
  • Cybersecurity: securing information systems and managing digital risks.

A program distinguished by three key strengths

Three defining features make this program a perfect response to corporate challenges:

  • Skill integration, combining technological tools with managerial expertise;
  • International orientation, with English instruction and global opportunities;
  • Alignment with business needs, through a hands-on, professional approach.
    For Xavier Menaud, Director of Bachelor Programs at Paris School of Business, this program seeks to "meet companies' needs for talents who combine technical and managerial expertise. Through internships, work-study programs, and Junior Consulting projects in collaboration with businesses, the Bachelor Tech for Management offers a practical and professional learning experience for students."

A strategic vision aligned with the school’s 2030 ambitions

“The creation of the Bachelor Tech for Management aligns perfectly with the strategic vision of Paris School of Business for 2030,” says Olivier Aptel, Dean and CEO of Paris School of Business. “This bachelor reflects our commitment to anticipating future needs while remaining true to our core values. Like our Grande École Program, where we already integrate Tech for Business modules—weeks dedicated to learning technological skills—our goal is to place internationalization and interdisciplinary competencies at the heart of our programs. This proven expertise positions Paris School of Business as a key player in training the leaders companies need at the intersection of management and technology. This new program is a crucial step in preparing talents capable of meeting the challenges of digital transformation in a globalized world.”
