The partnership with Paris School of Business

What motivated Extia to establish this partnership with Paris School of Business?

At Extia, we believe in the importance of training and supporting the talents of tomorrow.

Through this partnership, we aim to build a bridge between academia and the professional world by providing students with concrete opportunities to develop their skills, discover our professions, and shape their future in an innovative environment.

We also chose to collaborate with Paris School of Business for its academic excellence, international outlook, student professionalization, and shared values of diversity, entrepreneurship, agility, and boldness.

Together, we are preparing the talents of tomorrow to meet professional challenges and build a promising future.

Work-study at Extia

What types of missions will be assigned to students recruited for work-study programs?

It all depends, of course, on their academic background and personal interests (#PeopleFirstThenWhat), but their role within our company is significant and impactful, with real professional responsibilities.

We strongly support job crafting, allowing each work-study student to enrich their experience by contributing to cross-functional projects that matter to them (CSR projects, professional communities, etc.).

Each year, we welcome work-study students in various fields, including business development, human resources, finance, management control, marketing, and communication.

What key skills do you look for in Paris School of Business students?

Beyond technical and professional skills, we seek individuals who align with our company culture.

Adaptability, curiosity, autonomy, initiative, teamwork, and resilience are particularly valued qualities.

How are work-study students supported at Extia?

Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for everyone, regardless of their contract type (employee, work-study student, intern).

From day one, work-study students participate in an onboarding day alongside all new Extians. They benefit from close management support to help them develop their skills, as well as access to our multichannel and multifaceted training program, "La Rubix," inspired by the 70/20/10 learning model.

Additionally, work-study students have regular check-ins with their HR advisor (initial feedback session, integration review, mid-term assessment, job shadowing, etc.) throughout their program.

Career prospects

What career opportunities are available for students who complete their work-study program at Extia?

Our goal is to extend this positive experience with the potential signing of a permanent contract, as many students have already done.

Some of our former interns and work-study students have even joined our Executive Committee today.
